Dr. Chapala Vamsi Krishna, Senior Chief Joint Replacement Surgeon at Sriram Multi Super Speciality Hospital, Ongole, has been recognised by the prestigious Asia Book of Records.
The honour is for conducting the highest number of Bone Mineral Density (BMD) screening camps to prevent osteoporotic bone fractures.
Since 2010, Dr. Vamsi Krishna has held BMD screening camps every month without a break. The goal is to test bone density, find osteoporosis (weak bones) early, and teach people how to lower the risk of future fractures.
This public-health work was recorded for the highest number of BMD screening camps on 3 December 2025. Asia Book of Records representatives later visited Sriram Hospital, Ongole, and presented the certificate.
This recognition marks Dr. Vamsi Krishna’s long effort to find bone disease early and stop fractures before they happen.

ఈ నిరంతర ప్రజారోగ్య సేవల్లో భాగంగా, డాక్టర్ చాపల వంశీ కృష్ణ గారు 2025 డిసెంబర్ 3న అత్యధిక సంఖ్యలో నిర్వహించిన బోన్ మినరల్ డెన్సిటీ స్క్రీనింగ్ క్యాంపులలో పాల్గొన్నందుకు ఆయనకు ఈ ప్రతిష్ఠాత్మక గుర్తింపు లభించింది.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆ సంస్థ ప్రతినిధులు శ్రీరామ్ హాస్పిటల్‌కు విచ్చేసి డాక్టర్ వంశీ కృష్ణ గారికి సర్టిఫికెట్‌ను అందజేశారు.
