Ophthalmologist and Phaco Surgeon Dr. Puranapu Mahitha explained common eye problems, the precautions people should take, and the different lenses used in treatment. She urged everyone not to ignore eye health and to see an eye specialist as soon as symptoms appear.
About 300 people used free tests valued at around Rs. 10,000, covering 16 investigations such as ultrasound scan, computerised advanced eye tests, ECG, blood pressure, sugar, thyroid, haemoglobin, BMD, and dental checks.
